Anand Banthia is currently the Director at FCM. Anand has over fifteen years of experience in various industries, including transaction advisory services, strategic supply chain management, and engineering. 

Banthia began their career at [Siemens Energy](/org/siemens-energy) in 2002 as part of the Engineering & Operations Leadership Development Program. Anand quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior Quality Engineer in 2005 and Strategic Supply Chain Manager in 2008. Banthia left Siemens in 2011 to join EY, where they spent seven years as a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services department. 

In 2018, Banthia joined FCM as Director. Anand has played a key role in the company's success, helping to grow FCM into a leading provider of financial consulting services.

April Watkins is a human resources leader with over two decades of experience in private equity and global organizations. April is currently the Principal at FCM, LLC, a privately held full-service consulting firm that helps the world’s largest private equity companies accelerate value creation in their portfolio businesses. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Worldpay from 2011 to 2016, where they led HR engagements to accelerate change adoption, value creation and drive profitable growth for private equity clients and portfolio companies. April also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Burger King Corporation from 2005 to 2011, and as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Ingersoll-Rand from 2004 to 2005. April has a proven track record in aligning global organizations with a strategic vision to realize revenue and margin growth.

Joanne Pan is the current Principal at FCM. Joanne has also worked as the Director of FP&A at Softcard from January 2011 to December 2015. Prior to that, they were a Financial Consultant at Guilford Mills from January 2009 to December 2011. Joanne has also worked with GE Capital in various positions from January 2007 to December 2008 and January 2006 to December 2007. From January 2004 to December 2006, they served as the Pricing Leader for Global Personal Loans at GE Consumer Finance. Joanne started their career at GE Consumer Finance as an Audit Manager from January 2000 to December 2003.

Nicholas Larsen is currently a partner at FCM. Prior to this, they were with Nielsen for six years, first as the P&G Global Operations Leader and then as SVP, Professional Services. Before that, they were with GE for six years as VP, Customer Sales Finance. Nicholas has over fifteen years of experience in sales and finance.

Nicholas Larsen has a Bachelors in Economics and Accounting from the [College of the Holy Cross](/org/college-of-the-holy-cross), an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and a Masters in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Nicholas Larsen

Wes is a senior IT executive who leads technology transformations that create lasting business value. As an FCM Partner, he provides C-level guidance on due diligence, acquisition integration, carve-out separation and productivity for private equity portfolio companies. Before joining FCM, Wes was Managing Director of Strategic Technology Operations at Citi, where he led global strategy for the $3B infrastructure organization and delivered $200M of run-rate savings through virtualization, persona-based management and cloud optimization. Previously, as Citi’s Managing Director of Global Infrastructure, he improved service delivery by 50%, reduced labor costs by 50% and grew customer satisfaction by 30% through organizational restructuring and process re-engineering. Wes was also Senior Infrastructure Manager at GE Healthcare, where he oversaw a client computing environment of 600 sites and 65,000 global users. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern Illinois University, and attended the CIO Institute at Columbia University.

Wes Fujii

Vicki Gardner is the current Principal at FCM. Vicki has over 25 years of experience in sales operations and digital enablement. Vicki has also been a Founder at NextMile Consulting and VP, Region Manager at Nielsen - BASES.

Vicki Gardner received their Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Russian from [Wittenberg University](/org/wittenberg-university) and their Master of City Planning from the [University of Cincinnati](/org/university-of-cincinnati).

Vicki Gardner

Tracy is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and finance executive who leads key initiatives and process improvements to boost business performance. She is currently a Principal  in FCM’s Finance practice, where she provides finance, operational and program management expertise for private-equity portfolio companies. Prior to joining FCM, Tracy spent five years as a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for family investment offices. She was responsible for finance and accounting, reporting, strategic planning, technology, human resources, security and philanthropy. Before that, she was Vice President of SAP Finance Globalization at Nielsen, where she led the deployment of SAP to more than 47 countries in South America, Asia, Europe and North America. Earlier, as Nielsen’s Vice President of Billing, Credit and Collections for North America, she effectively offshored key finance functions to an outsourcing partner. Tracy also led implementation of a Six Sigma strategy for Allstate Financial, producing $50M of savings in the program’s first three years. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois.

Tracy Friend

Tom is a well-versed program manager who drives finance and technology initiatives that unleash business growth. At FCM, he aligns private equity portfolio companies with the platforms, applications and data they need to make better-informed decisions. Tom previously worked at Epic Systems, where he supported teams of information technology (IT) analysts at large U.S. healthcare organizations. He implemented billing applications for hospitals, coordinating with operations and IT development teams to customize and optimize each system for organization-specific requirements. Tom also worked for the equity research division of financial investment research company Stifel Investment Corporation. There, he provided analysis of the applied technology sector by building financial models and analyzing market surveys to determine the valuation of companies.

Tom O’Hair

Skye is a passionate storyteller who connects companies more deeply with their employees, their customers and the world. As Chief Communications Officer, she leads integrated marketing communications strategies for both FCM and its clients. Combining commercial acumen with a creative mindset, Skye brings to life inspirational brands and messages that propel business impact. Her expertise includes executive communications, content marketing, demand generation, change management communications, client engagement and digital media. Prior to joining FCM, Skye held multiple global marketing and communications roles at Nielsen. She kept associates engaged and informed during a global transformation that affected 40,000 people in over 100 countries, helped set the stage for the company’s successful IPO, supported its transition from private owners, built the reputations of key thought leaders and executives, and reimagined a multimillion-dollar global event series to deliver twice the client impact for 1/5 the cost.

Skye Brown

Shawn is a senior executive who has led technology and process transformation for global companies across industries. He guides FCM clients through major technical initiatives and productivity programs to achieve industry-leading performance. Before joining FCM, Shawn was Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Information Services at Arthrex, a medical device manufacturer. He revamped the company’s IT function, retiring infrastructure and application technology debt, introducing workflow-driven productivity and fostering innovation to enable seven years of double-digit growth. Earlier, as an SVP at Nielsen, he led development of a product that delivered market insights for customers like Colgate, PepsiCo and P&G. Shawn previously served as General Manager and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Microsoft’s Entertainment and Devices division, where he improved supply chain operations and financial management during the explosive growth of the Xbox franchise. Earlier, he delivered acquisition integrations and transformations as a CIO at GE.

Shawn Buskey

Ryan is a senior operations and technology leader who drives enterprise transformations that create lasting value. He supports FCM’s clients throughout the private equity deal cycle, and has provided valuation, engagement governance and execution planning support for transactions totaling $30B. Before joining FCM, Ryan was a global Director at Nielsen. He launched the company’s mobile measurement business, growing revenue to $15M in less than 18 months; led quality initiatives that reduced critical incidents by 40%; and led the operational integrations of Arbitron and Scarborough, reducing operating costs by 40%. Earlier, Ryan was the Business Development IT Leader at GE Healthcare, accountable for integrating technology and infrastructure functions from 18 strategic acquisitions and large industry consolidation efforts, including Amersham (a $9.5B acquisition) and Abbott Laboratories businesses (an $8.1B carve-out). He is a graduate of GE’s world-class Information Technology Leadership Program and is Six Sigma certified.

Ryan Malecki

Rob is a seasoned executive who combines deep finance and strategy experience to fuel exceptional business performance that grows valuations. At FCM, he guides public and private-equity-backed companies in transforming their organizations to enhance financial returns. For one portfolio-company client, Rob drove a 15% reduction in operational costs through leadership of a financial restructuring initiative. Prior to joining FCM, he was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Excellarate, an IT services company owned by the private equity firm Frontenac. Rob previously spent a decade at Liquidnet, a FinTech trading network backed by TCV and Summit. There, he created the Financial Planning & Analysis function and led new-market entry as Head of Corporate Strategy with the acquisition of Vega-Chi. Rob launched his career with a 10-year stint at GE that culminated in multiple Business Unit CFO roles, including for the Walmart & Sam’s Club credit cards at GE Capital Consumer Finance (now Synchrony). He is a graduate of GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff.

Rob Howe

Paul is a highly regarded leader in media and advertising research with more than two decades of industry experience. He is currently Chief Research Officer (CRO) at The Advertising Research Foundation and a Principal at FCM, where he helps clients optimize their data science capabilities. Paul also founded Jatopond, a consultancy specializing in global media research and geospatial information products. He previously spent almost 20 years as Chief Research Officer at Nielsen, the leader in consumer and media measurement. There, Paul led a global team that developed innovative methodologies for measuring what people watch and buy. Before that, he co-founded Kantar Media, WPP’s media research business. In this role, Paul was also the CRO for IBOPE SA, the premier ratings company in Latin America. He has held numerous executive research positions in the radio and print industries and served on multiple boards, including the Future State Committee of the National Air and Space Museum, Singapore Economic Development Board and World Economic Forum Consumer Council.

Paul Donato

Mike is a senior IT executive who creates substantial value for private equity firms and portfolio companies. He heads FCM’s Program Management practice and has led multiple FCM client engagements, including the largest private equity carve-out of the decade as well as engagements that have delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in annualized EBITDA savings. Prior to joining FCM, Mike was a Senior Portfolio Operating Advisor at The Blackstone Group, helping Blackstone-backed companies streamline costs, grow revenue and become more competitive. Previously, he held multiple senior roles across Electronic Data Systems. Mike led the company’s Global Manufacturing, Consumer Industries, Retail and Energy Industry groups, and served as Vice President and General Manager for its largest services client with annual revenues of $1.4B+ and a global account team of 12,000+.

Mike O’Hair

Michael is a seasoned finance executive who helps businesses execute complex transactions and achieve financial excellence. As a Principal at FCM, he supports private equity firms in evaluating investments, and works with portfolio companies to transform their finance organizations. Prior to joining FCM, Michael gained exposure to a broad range of industries (technology, agriculture, manufacturing) and business stages (startup, growth, divestiture). As Finance Director for Sundrop Farms, he provided financial leadership for the world’s first fully sustainable commercial tomato greenhouse. In addition to helping the company grow to $20M in sales during its first year, he was responsible for Sundrop’s Australian financial planning and analysis, controllership, compliance, tax, treasury and business intelligence. Previously, Michael was Vice President of Finance for Nielsen’s Technology and Measurement Science divisions, where his teams generated over $30M per year in productivity. He also spent eight years at GE in the Capital and Industrial businesses, Corporate Audit Staff and Financial Management Program.

Michael Rand

Mark is an operations and technology executive who leads large-scale organizations and transformations. As the head of FCM’s Operations practice, he partners with private equity firms and portfolio companies to grow enterprise value, and has overseen the project management organizations (PMOs) for multiple large carve-outs. Before joining FCM, Mark was SVP and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Nielsen’s $2.5B media measurement portfolio, leading an operations team of 8,000 associates across 45 countries. He delivered $200M in productivity over three years in the role, while implementing process improvements that set records in quality and delivery. Earlier, Mark led Technology Service Delivery for the Americas, achieving 8%+ productivity annually. Additionally, he directed the re-platforming of Nielsen’s 30-year-old data processing factory and transformed legacy mainframe systems to service-based, open systems with reusable components. In this technology leadership role, Mark also oversaw organizational restructuring and global talent transitions as Nielsen went private in 2007.

Mark Welch

Kristin is a trusted Human Resources executive with over 25 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles. She has successfully navigated some of the most challenging human-capital issues that organizations face, from establishing HR departments to getting businesses ready for sale. At FCM, Kristin helps clients execute seamless organizational transformations, and acquisitions. Before joining the firm, she held CHRO roles and led HR transformations for leading companies like Select Interior Concepts, UnitedHealth Group, Cargill, Thomson Reuters, Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Dessert Holdings. Kristin’s track record spans public, private and private-equity-owned organizations in technology, manufacturing, healthcare and construction. Known for bringing out the best in employees and leaders, Kristin collaborates across departments to guide companies through the complexities of organizational design and HR strategy. Kristin Nordling

Krishna is an accomplished Finance, Risk and Compliance leader with two decades of experience leading large global analytics teams. He helps FCM clients drive productivity in business transformations, specializing in resource optimization, data science application, offshore capability centers and financial processes. Prior to joining FCM, Krishna spent over 18 years at HSBC in India, Canada and the U.S. Most recently, as Lead VP of Decision Sciences for HSBC India, he led a 90-person organization focusing on financial crime and regulatory compliance, yielding 10% year-on-year cost savings. Earlier at HSBC Canada, Krishna was Finance Business Partner for the Wealth, Lending and Asset Management business. In this role, he oversaw results reporting and forecasting, boosted revenue with pricing models built from customer-level data and led deployment of globally standardized performance metrics. Previously, Krishna worked in Customer Deposits/Funding analytics, where he optimized the value of funds models for HSBC U.S.

Krishna Divakaran

Kimberly is a human resources executive who helps companies enhance their most valuable asset: their people. She guides FCM clients through transforming HR policies, organizational structures and ways of working to achieve success in carve-outs, acquisitions and other times of extreme change. Kimberly’s 20 years of experience spans privately held and publicly traded organizations, including Meadville Forging Company, Burger King Corporation and Textron. Prior to joining FCM, she was Regional Vice President of Human Resources for GKN Driveline’s $2B Americas division, which supplies the automotive industry. Earlier, she supported the integration of GKN’s acquired All Wheel Drive business, recruiting 1,000 new employees and reducing turnover to grow revenue from $400M to $850M in three years. Kimberly’s track record of HR leadership also includes business transformations, employee engagement, succession planning, onboarding and development. She is known for influencing leaders to build better-aligned teams, while creating strategic plans to achieve financial goals.

Kimberly Byerley

Justin is a technology expert with a knack for making corporate systems stronger and more efficient. He provides hands-on technical guidance to FCM clients, relying on deep experience with enterprise resource planning platforms, financial message standards, bank implementations and payment systems. Justin has managed integration and deployment of the Workday platform, served as a core member of the IT leadership team for a successful corporate carve-out and run governance for a two-year Transition Services Agreement (TSA). Before joining FCM, he led a team of technical consultants performing treasury management system implementations and back office integrations for banks in more than 20 countries. He oversaw deployment of the GTreasury payment module and led his team to increase operational efficiency, reducing errors with a standardized process. Justin also worked with an early stage FinTech startup, providing technical and functional expertise on the development of a US ACH Fedwire payment processing system.

Justin Fujii

John is a C-suite leader with a 30-year track record of driving successful change through the end-to-end transformation of operations, technology and sales for global enterprises. He has a strong reputation for advancing organizational effectiveness and growing enterprise value via improved operating performance, increased customer value and world-class workplaces. John spent two decades as an executive at Nielsen, including roles as Chief Transformation Officer for the Global Connect business and Chief Technology and Operations Officer for the enterprise. He led transformation at scale, from operations to go-to-market approach, for ~30,000 associates across 100+ countries. He also played a key role in the carve-out and private-equity sale of Nielsen’s Global Connect business. Additionally, John has held senior roles at Loblaw Companies Ltd. (Canada’s largest retailer) and served as an advisor helping healthcare organizations create strategic plans that improve experiences for their patients and communities. He is a fully trained Six Sigma Executive Black Belt.

John Tavolieri

John is an infrastructure leader who delivers innovative, efficient technology for private equity portfolio companies. He guides FCM clients in customer experience improvement, data center virtualization, end user computing, voice and data networks, cloud services, right-shoring and global system integration. Before joining FCM, John was the Chief Information Officer at Teletech, where he enhanced processes, technology and supplier leverage to generate $45M+ in savings. Previously, he was Teletech’s Vice President of Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and led the integration of six acquisitions to drive $200M in external growth. John also held multiple Senior Vice President roles at Citi, including Chief of Staff to Collections and Global Engineering Leader for Voice. In these roles, he grew IT service adoption and improved the customer experience, including leading a team to redesign the company’s global voice infrastructure. Before joining Citi, John was Telecommunications Leader at GE, where he developed the companywide voice vendor strategy and negotiated $100M+ contracts.

John Hamilton

Gregory is a senior executive who grows business value through transformation, integration and strategic vendor partnerships. He spearheads key client engagements and provides leadership for FCM’s Sourcing and Procurement practice. Gregory’s planning, governance and extensive practical integration experience deliver long-term simplicity and operational excellence to private equity portfolio companies. Prior to joining FCM, he held Chief Procurement Officer and senior finance leadership roles at multinational companies including GE (Healthcare division), Citi, Nielsen and Change Healthcare. Gregory Serafin

Charles is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Master with over 17 years of experience helping organizations optimize their processes to move faster and perform better. He guides FCM clients in executing business process improvement (BPI) and broader reengineering initiatives. Before joining the firm, Charles served as a BPI advisor for multiple companies across industries, including Truck Hero (manufacturing), PatientPoint (healthcare), MacMillan, McGraw-Hill (publishing), Western Union, Citizens Bank, TD Ameritrade (financial services), Farmers Insurance Group, Mutual of Omaha, Hub International (insurance) and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He enabled a business under pressure to evolve its delivery model through a continuous improvement program, created an operations Center of Excellence that saved $23M per year, and decreased process cycle time by over 50% for a leading financial services company. Earlier, Charles was a Statistical and Industrial Engineer at Delphi Corporation, where he led efforts to eliminate waste and variation in products and manufacturing processes.

Charles Aguilar

Andrew is a seasoned executive who provides C-level support for operations and technology transformations. He has partnered with private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the healthcare, asset management, insurance and financial services industries. In addition to leading client engagements, he has acted as Interim Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for portfolio companies, driving key integration milestones and operational goals. Before co-founding FCM, Andrew was the COO of Nielsen’s $2.5B media measurement business. He delivered $300M in cost productivity and drove record-setting quality improvements that reduced client issues by 40%. Earlier, Andrew was Nielsen’s CIO, and established its first global technology function by consolidating 11 organizations. Prior to his work at Nielsen, Andrew served as CIO for Citi’s Consumer Lending Group and for multiple divisions of GE. He integrated more than 25 acquired companies at GE Healthcare, including a $9.5B purchase that created operating synergies of $425M.

Andrew Cawood

Andy is a proven transformation leader who drives program delivery for major carve-outs, integrations and turnarounds. He partners with FCM clients on both large transactions (including the separation of $140M in seller services and transition of 9,000+ captive offshore operations resources, which contributed to $220M+ of operating value for a carve-out acquisition) and mid-tier deals (including an IT carve-out that achieved 95% of systems independence in 12 months). Before joining FCM, Andy served as Client Service Executive for Nielsen’s Marketing Effectiveness, Consumerization and Entertainment businesses, totaling $1B+ in annual revenue. He oversaw operations and technology delivery, including product quality, program execution, diligence and integration efforts for multiple acquisitions. Andy also helped establish the company’s first global technology function and deliver $300M in cost productivity. Previously, he graduated from GE’s Information Management Leadership Program and excelled in program management across a wide range of functions.

Andrew Auffant

Allyson is a senior IT, Operations and Global Talent executive who has driven large-scale transformations to deliver over $500M in annualized savings for both private and public companies. Before joining FCM, she led teams of up to 4,000 employees in roles such as Chief Quality Officer, Divisional Risk & Regulatory Officer and Global Head of Service & People Programs for companies like Refinitiv, Deutsche Bank, Genpact, UBS, Credit-Suisse and Merrill Lynch. At Refinitiv, Allyson spearheaded the company’s $1B+ technology carve-out and workforce optimization program. Her successful tenure in the Finance industry has also included rebuilding support operations for 932 private-client bank branches, launching numerous shared services organizations, automating critical processes to increase testing productivity by 94% and negotiating contracts to reduce technology spend by $300M+. A champion of people, Allyson has implemented 100+ councils to improve diversity, equity and inclusion for multiple Fortune 250 companies.

Allyson Stuart

Mitchell is a seasoned executive who leads businesses to embrace change and unlock their hidden value. As FCM’s Chief Executive Officer, he heads the firm’s strategy to support private equity investors and their portfolio companies in acquisitions, carve-outs and organizational optimization. For nearly three decades prior to founding FCM, Mitchell led technology transformations, fine-tuned operations and designed large organizations for iconic global enterprises. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Nielsen, where he created an organization of 44,000 people in 100+ countries that delivered $2.3B in savings and a 3x return on investment for the company’s owners. Before that, he was the Chief Information Officer of Citi’s North America Consumer division and delivered significant cost savings by capitalizing on regional synergies, simplifying technology and reengineering processes. Earlier, Mitchell held multiple leadership roles at GE, including global Chief Information Officer of the Healthcare, Employers Reinsurance and Aircraft Engine Services divisions.

Mitchell Habib

Pete is a skilled finance director who fuels business performance by optimizing accounting and financial processes. He supports private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the financial aspects of due diligence, separation, integration and performance improvement. With FCM, Pete has led financial advisory for initiatives delivering $200M+ of productivity, including contract negotiations that achieved ~$70M in annualized savings. He was previously a Software Controller at Professional Trading Solutions (PTS), a privately held broker-dealer and provider of trading software. For PTS, he redesigned the billing process, ensured that transactions and metrics were properly reported and performed due diligence on potential acquisitions. Before that, Pete served as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte. He established a regulatory compliance framework for a $1.9B public company; assessed financial statement risks and created controls for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance at an $800M public company; and developed a cost model to track product expenses for a $100B public company.

Peter Byerly

Nick is an engaging transformation leader who orchestrates large-scale acquisitions and corporate carve-outs. At FCM, he leads strategic separation and integration planning, process improvement, vendor analyses and transition governance for private equity portfolio companies. As a hands-on partner to leadership teams, Nick connects clients’ goals to FCM’s expertise and drives overall engagement execution. Prior to joining FCM, Nick worked at Nielsen as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer, and was the lead program manager responsible for executing the company’s global strategy across operations, data acquisition, engineering, technology and corporate platforms. He also held several senior global operations roles at Nielsen, leading major initiatives focused on new product development, process and quality improvement and new technology deployments. He was accountable for U.S. retail operations, supporting a $120M business while delivering 10%+ expense savings annually. Nick is a graduate of Nielsen’s Emerging Leaders Program.

Nick Naber

Neal is a Human Resources and Operations specialist who helps firms build value by improving individual and organizational decision making. With a background in behavioral science, he supports FCM clients by facilitating data-driven best practices to optimize organizational culture and processes. Prior to joining FCM, Neal held multiple roles over 10 years at the University of Rochester. Most recently, he was a Program Director in the university’s business development office, where he worked with companies to enhance their recruiting and internship programs, growing placement rates by 145%. Earlier, he provided front-line fundraising and operational guidance in support of a $1.3B capital campaign and revamped donation processes to drive a 300% increase in funds raised.

Neal Burns

Michael is a collaborative program manager who leads diverse teams to deliver large corporate initiatives. He runs integration and governance efforts for FCM clients undergoing acquisitions and carve-outs, with a focus on infrastructure, business transformation, third-party management and process improvement. At FCM, Michael has rolled out net new data centers and delivered transition activities on plan and on budget, while saving $500K in recurring costs. He previously held senior roles across technology and operations at Nielsen, a leading market measurement company. As Director of Operations, he led delivery of the company’s global digital product portfolio while saving 10% in operational costs and improving quality year-over-year. Earlier in his time at Nielsen, Michael oversaw a program management office that delivered major initiatives in new product introduction, quality improvement, process automation, software development and synergy identification and delivery. He is a graduate of the Nielsen Emerging Leaders Program and is certified in Six Sigma.

Michael Schickner

Griffin is an operations specialist who provides on-the-ground expertise to help businesses separate, integrate and transform. He is dedicated to engaging with FCM’s private equity portfolio company clients, supporting key initiatives and process re-engineering. With a background in business analytics, he specializes in Transition Service Agreement (TSA) exit planning, financial tracking, management and governance. In his time at FCM, Griffin has led functional value stream mapping for a multimillion-dollar business transformation; ensured that major corporate carve-outs met committed separation milestones; developed data center location rationalization and financial resource optimization models for large productivity initiatives; and supported Six Sigma Lean process re-engineering to optimize finance delivery.

Griffin Fujii

Dimiter is a dynamic Operations leader with extensive experience driving large-scale programs, facilitating operational excellence, developing engaged global teams and improving financial performance. At FCM, he partners with private-equity portfolio companies to build operational structures, organizational frameworks and workflows that enable continued business growth. Dimiter was previously Vice President of US Field Operations at Nielsen, where he led a 2,000-person organization responsible for cultivating the research panels at the core of Nielsen’s $2.5B audience measurement business. Under his leadership, the organization navigated significant technology transformation and industry change while consistently delivering annual productivity of 6% on a $200M budget. In prior roles at Nielsen, Dimiter led Operations and Technology teams across South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific. He oversaw the successful execution and implementation of product and technology programs, delivered strong operational execution and fostered continuous improvement.

Asha is a senior finance executive who empowers global businesses to unlock value and grow margins. She leads FCM’s Finance practice and key client engagements. Asha’s successful track record spans 20+ years at two world-class corporations, and now the portfolio companies of leading private equity firms. She was previously Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of HSBC North America Retail Bank & Wealth Management, and led HSBC’s global transformation as CFO of its $2B+ re-engineering initiative. Earlier, Asha was CFO of GE’s Partnership Marketing Group, where she partnered with five CEOs to define and execute a strategic turnaround plan, eventually orchestrating a successful sale of the business. She is also a graduate of GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff.
