Alejandro Villacís

Alejandro Villacís is an accomplished professional in customer experience and insights, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience and Insights at FCP Euro. Previously, Alejandro held multiple leadership roles at Ro, including Senior Director and Director of Member Experience. At Harry's, Inc., Alejandro was the Director of Customer Experience. Additionally, Alejandro has contributed to academia as an Applied Analytics Associate Lecturer at Columbia University in the City of New York and as an Adjunct Professor of Digital Supply Chain Transformation at Rutgers Business School.
