Cassie Bruce

Cassie Bruce is an experienced professional in corporate health and wellness, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Health at Baptist Health since April 2017. In this role, Cassie leads the PATH Employer Wellness Solution and directs employer contracting, focusing on strategic development, team leadership, and innovative health care solutions tailored to employer needs. Additionally, Cassie functions as the Immediate Past Chair and Advisor of the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council, connecting business leaders to enhance employee well-being. Previous experience includes wellness consulting at Gallagher and a marketing role at Brightway Insurance. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications & Advertising from the University of North Florida.
