Hans van den Brink has extensive experience in marketing and brand management. Hans has worked in various roles for different companies, including FD Mediagroep, National Geographic, GhanaWeb, Vrij Nederland, Cooqing, TMG (Telegraaf Media Groep), Sanoma, Xtra Marketing, Basic Fit, and Sanoma NL. In these roles, they have been responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, launching new brand propositions, managing online tools and dashboards, and achieving marketing and operational targets. Hans has also worked on crossmedia platforms, licensing management, and brand extensions.

Hans van den Brink's education history includes several training and educational programs. In 1989, they earned a Bachelor's degree in HEAO-CE from Inholland University of Applied Sciences. In 1992, they attended SRM and studied Direct Marketing Management. In 1996, they took a course in Mediaplanning at SRM. In 2000-2001, they enrolled in the Vakopleiding Boekenbranche, where they studied Professioneel Uitgeven. In 2004, they attended NCOI University of Applied Sciences and focused on Marketing Management Uitgeverijen. Additionally, in 2006, they took a Category Management & Trade Marketing course at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2013-2014, they participated in an in-company training program at Sanoma Performance Based Academy. Lastly, in 2016-2017, they completed a Masterclass (6 months) in Facebook & Instagram Marketing at the Facebook Marketing Academy.
