Terrence Hess

Terrence Hess has an extensive work experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Terrence is currently working as the Director of Operations and Continuous Improvement at FDH Aero, where they focus on new capabilities development, integration activities, and implementing best practices across FDH sites. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales and Operations at Aircraft Fasteners International and as the Director of Operations at Blue Sky Industries. Terrence also has experience working at Moog Inc. as a Logistics Manager and at Moog Aircraft as a Military Aftermarket Process Manager. Terrence has held positions such as Supply Chain Manager at Permaswage, Production Control Manager at Airdrome Precision Components LLC and PB Fasteners, and Cost Out Engineer at PCC Airfoils. Terrence started their career as a Production Supervisor at PCC Structurals, Inc. Overall, Terrence Hess has gained valuable experience in various managerial roles within the aerospace and defense industry.

Terrence Hess completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 2009. Terrence then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah in 2011. At the same time, they also earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
