Manuel Holihan

Manuel Holihan is a Senior User Experience Researcher at FDJ UNITED, with experience leading UX research initiatives that focus on enhancing user understanding and compliance in digital products. Prior to this role, Manuel worked at The AA as a User Experience Researcher, where research efforts ensured compliance with Financial Conduct Authority Consumer Duty principles across multiple product areas. Manuel's earlier experience includes serving as the sole UX Researcher at PsycApps Digital Mental Health Solutions, where the development of the UX research function significantly improved user retention for a flagship mobile app. Manuel holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University.
