Tasfia Karim

Tasfia Karim has extensive experience in recruitment and customer service, currently serving as the University Partnerships Lead at FDM Group since August 2019, with previous roles as Recruitment Team Lead, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, and Receptionist and Travel Coordinator. Prior to FDM Group, Tasfia worked at Costco Wholesale Canada as a Cashier Customer Service, and held customer service positions at University of Toronto Accessibility Services and University of Toronto Bookstore. Early career experience includes a role at Tim Hortons. Tasfia holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Criminology and Sociolegal Studies, Philosophy, and Sociology from the University of Toronto, which was completed in 2019.
