Carly Rosser-Mayo

Carly Rosser-Mayo is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at FE Associates FEA (UK) since August 2024, Carly has previously held significant positions such as Human Resources Director, Head of HR Operations, and Human Resources Manager at Gloucestershire College from July 2012 to May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as HR Advisor at Bristol Community Health and Branch Manager at Nu Staff Limited, where Carly was instrumental in establishing a permanent recruitment division. Additionally, Carly has worked as an In-house Recruitment Advisor and Head Hunter in the aerospace and defense industry. Carly holds a CIPD degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of England, completed in 2012.
