Charlotte Mills is an experienced professional with a robust background in employee experience, HR operations, and project management. Currently serving as the Employee Experience & HR Operations Manager at FE fundinfo since October 2015, Charlotte also holds the position of Professional Development Manager at FE, where focus is placed on enhancing employee engagement across various departments.
