Gueitiro Matsuo Genso

Gueitiro Matsuo Genso has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2019, they joined Tupy and served as a Member of the Strategy and Innovation Committee and later became the President of the Board until April 2021. Since then, Gueitiro has held several roles as an Advisory Board Member, Founder, and Independent Advisor in different organizations such as FEA Angels, Liderança Capitalização S.A., GBG Seniortech Ventures, FCJ Triângulo Venture Builder, Mubius WomenTech Ventures, and Agrocpr - A Plataforma digital do agronegócio. In 2022, they joined Alpe Capital as an Advisory Board Member and Banco Bmg as a Customer Board Advisor. More recently, in 2023, Gueitiro joined Vibra Energia as a Fiscal Advisor.

Gueitiro Matsuo Genso has a strong education background in business administration and finance. Gueitiro Matsuo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Formação Geral Básica para Altos Executivos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, they earned a second MBA degree in Agronegócio from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz".

Before pursuing their MBA degrees, Gueitiro Matsuo Genso completed a Bachelor's degree in Administração de Empresas (Business Administration) from Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná.

In terms of certifications, they have obtained two additional qualifications. Gueitiro Matsuo completed the "Startup de A a Z" certification from StartSe University in August 2022. Additionally, they obtained the "XBA - Xponential Business Administration" certification from the same institution in June 2022.
