Keli Hoyt-Rupert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in member services, account management, and leadership in the retail and mobility sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Member Services at Feast & Fettle, Keli previously held significant roles, including Founder & CEO at Tandem Mobility and Director of Market Management at Zagster, where leadership involved managing a $15M portfolio and enhancing customer engagement processes. Keli also has a foundational background in retail management, having launched stores for ASICS America and handled key accounts for '47 Brand. Keli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Communication from Bryant University.
