Javier Guzman

Javier Guzman is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in hospitality and member services, currently serving as the Director of Member Services for Central & South America at Relais & Châteaux since February 2024. Prior to this role, Javier held the position of Associate Director of Grants & Awards at the American Thoracic Society, where responsibilities included leading research grant management to enhance knowledge in pulmonary and critical care medicine. Javier's experience also includes significant leadership roles, such as General Manager at Hotel Morgana and Senior Manager for Distribution & Reservations Management at The Leading Hotels of the World, where initiatives focused on operations, guest satisfaction, and data integrity.
