Rebecca Scheff has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Rebecca began their career as a Baker at Silver Spoon Bakery and Cafe in 2014. In 2015, they became a Concessionaire at Circus Smirkus, and in 2016, they were promoted to Head of Concessions at Circus Smirkus and began working as Office Staff at Holistic Health Rhode Island. In 2017, they were promoted to Manager at Holistic Health Rhode Island, Ltd. In 2019, they began working as a Pastry Chef at Gingersnaps Bakery, a Cook at Circus Smirkus, an Operations Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Assistant Packaging and Prep Coordinator at Feast & Fettle. In 2021, they were promoted to Project Manager at Feast & Fettle.
Rebecca Scheff is currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Sustainable Food and Farming at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef from Johnson & Wales University between 2014 and 2016. Rebecca also attended East Greenwich High School from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Rebecca is certified as a Food Safety Manager by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) since November 2014, and as a ServSafe Alcohol by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) since May 2015.
