Kamala Buchholz

Kamala Buchholz has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Kamala is currently working as the Strategic Enterprise Director at Featurespace since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Service Operations at Newdea starting in October 2019. Kamala also spent a significant period of their career at PwC, where they held multiple positions including Director - PwC Global Financial Crime from January 2015 to June 2019. Their responsibilities at PwC involved providing AML/KYC technical advice, designing anti financial crime technology solutions, and developing innovative solutions to combat financial crime. Kamala Buchholz also worked as Senior Manager/Manager at PwC's European Portfolio Advisory Group from July 2010 to December 2014 and as Senior Associate/Associate at FS Transaction Services from November 2006 to June 2010.

Kamala Buchholz holds a Masters of Arts in Finance from The University of Freiburg, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Kamala also completed their Bachelors of Business Administration from Western University in Baku Azerbaijan from 1997 to 2002. Currently, they are pursuing an MSc in Applied Neuroscience from King's College London, starting in 2020.
