Mike Pearce

Mike Pearce is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in fiber optics and field engineering, currently serving as a Field Engineer at FEBUS Optics since August 2023 and as a Historical Weapon Simulator Designer & Manufacturer at Ewok HEMA since May 2023. Previously, Mike held senior engineering roles at Fotech Group, where design and implementation of data solutions were key responsibilities, as well as at Ocado, Fotech Solutions Ltd, Schlumberger, and Sensor Highway, focusing on installation and commissioning of fiber optic systems in various applications. Mike's career began as a CP Survey Engineer at Subspection Ltd and a Physicist at Ameeco Hydrospace, supporting research and monitoring in subsea environments. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physics from The University of Aston in Birmingham between 1979 and 1984.
