Dan Schmidt II

Dan Schmidt II currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Fecon since July 2022. Previously, Dan served as President at HydroGreen from March 2020 to August 2022, leading a start-up in innovative agricultural technology. Dan's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Vice President at CubicFarm Systems Corp., Vice President of North American Sales at Stanley Infrastructure, and Vice President of Global Sales at Paladin Attachments. Prior to these positions, Dan had a long tenure at JCB, holding multiple roles including Executive Vice President and Regional Director. Early career experience includes significant positions at John Deere, where Dan directed major sales and marketing initiatives across various divisions. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and dual BBA degrees in Business Administration and International Business from The University of Kansas and Barry University, respectively.
