Becky Craven

Becky Craven has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Becky is currently working as the Director of People at Fedcap since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Newcastle Building Society as the Head of HR from June 2015 to November 2022. Becky also worked at Northumbria University as an HR Manager from September 2013 to June 2015, and at Claires Europe as a Regional HR Manager from August 2012 to September 2013. Becky has also worked at The Co-operative Group as a Regional HR Manager, progressing from HR Officer and HR Manager, from November 2006 to April 2012. Becky started their career at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc as a Personnel Manager from April 2004 to November 2006, and at McDonald's Corporation in various roles including Restaurant Management, HR/Recruitment Officer, and Recruitment Centre Manager from January 1998 to April 2004.

Becky Craven obtained a BA hons in English Literature from Durham University from 1993 to 1996. Becky later pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the University of Westminster from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they have a certification in Succession Planning from LinkedIn, which was obtained in 2023.
