Susan An

Susan An, Esq. serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SoKat Consulting, LLC, a certified SBA 8(a), WOSB, and EDWOSB firm based in Howard County, MD. Under Susan's leadership, SoKat leverages expertise from Johns Hopkins University to address data-driven business challenges using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. In addition, Susan co-chairs the Public Relations Committee for the Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC). Previous experience includes contract negotiation and compliance work at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures, legal counsel for Calypso Capital Management, and serving as a student attorney and law clerk with a focus on corporate governance and securities law. Susan holds a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and multiple executive education certificates from the Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
