Noora Al Mulla currently serves as a Senior Specialist in Talent and Development at the Road & Transport Authority (RTA) since September 2023. Additionally, Noora worked as an HR Officer at Tamweel PJSC from 2005 to 2013. Academically, Noora holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from The American University in the Emirates and is pursuing further education in HR Management at the University of Dubai since 2011.
