Amanda Taylor

Amanda Taylor is an experienced aerospace engineer currently working at the Federal Aviation Administration as a cabin safety policy specialist since September 2024. Previously, Amanda served as a survival factors investigator at the National Transportation Safety Board from May 2021 to October 2024, and as a research engineer at the Federal Aviation Administration from September 2006 to May 2021. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Purdue University (2015 - 2017) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Central Oklahoma (2003 - 2008).
