Brandon Austin

Brandon Austin is an experienced professional currently serving as an Air Traffic Controller at the Federal Aviation Administration since March 2025. Prior to this role, Brandon worked as an Operations Specialist at Rupa Health from April 2022 to March 2025 and as an Information Technology Engineer at Solzorro IT Services between August 2021 and February 2022, where responsibilities included managing IT for a diverse range of businesses. Earlier in 2021, Brandon gained experience as a Health Insurance Agent at GoHealth, focusing on sales and customer service. Between February 2018 and May 2021, Brandon was part of the BYU Office of Information Technology, contributing as both a team member and captain of the Operations and Support team and providing front-line technology support as a Computer Support Specialist. Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from Brigham Young University, earned in April 2021, and previously attended Clayton State University from 2013 to 2015.
