Matthew Taylor

Matthew Taylor is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and air traffic control. Currently serving as an Air Traffic Controller at NATS since April 2023, Matthew previously held various roles at Tiro, including Digital Transformation Lead and Talent Acquisition Team Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing the apprentice recruitment process for Youthforce clients. At Ancala Water Services, Matthew contributed as an Asset Analyst, following a significant tenure at ILA Vietnam that involved HR services and recruitment coordination for over 300 teachers. Matthew's career began as a Teacher of English as a Second Language after earning a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Sheffield.
