Dr. Li Li

Dr. Li Li currently serves as the Instructional Design Lead at the Federal Aviation Administration since March 2020 and has also been the Founder and President of the Leading Into Learning Institute since August 2000. Previous experience includes roles as an Instructional System Specialist at the Transportation Security Administration from September 2016 to March 2020, and as ISS-eLearning Special Project Lead at the USPTO from November 2013 to September 2016. Dr. Li also worked as a Cryptologic Instructor/Linguist at L-3 STRATIS, a Sr. Instructional Designer at Lockheed Martin/Harkcon/US Coast Guard, and held multiple academic positions, including Instructor and Program Coordinator at Santa Rosa Junior College. Dr. Li's educational background includes an Ed.D. in Instructional Technology & Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University and an MA in Education: Instructional Technology from Sonoma State University.
