Jennifer Arquilla has extensive experience in aviation safety and international relations, serving as the Director of Aviation Safety International at the Federal Aviation Administration since January 1994. Jennifer has held various significant positions at the FAA, including Manager of the Europe, Africa, Middle East Staff, Acting Deputy Regional Administrator for the New England Region, and Manager of the Planning and Program Management Division within the Aircraft Certification Service. Prior to the FAA, Jennifer worked as a Language Analyst for the United States Department of Defense from June 1988 to August 1993. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Russian and Soviet Area Studies from Dickinson College.
