Keith Mottas

Keith Mottas serves as the Counter UAS Test Director at the Federal Aviation Administration since March 2022, where responsibilities include evaluating counter UAS devices at civilian and military test sites to ensure compliance with aviation equipment standards in the National Airspace System. Prior experience includes founding Atlantic Drone Pros, LLC, which focuses on disruptive autonomous flight technology, and serving as an MQ-9 Pilot at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. As Managing Partner at InstaCredit Manager, Keith designed SaaS software for financial applications and led Agile development efforts. Earlier, as the owner of Air Virginia, Keith developed FAA-approved Flight Operations & Maintenance manuals and managed an on-demand air charter service. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Liberty University. Keith holds an active TS/SCI clearance and has extensive experience in aviation and technology integration.
