Nasya Khanna

Nasya Khanna has over a decade of experience in human resources and staffing, currently serving as a Management & Program Analyst for the Federal Aviation Administration since May 2011, focusing on staffing, recruiting, and outreach within the Office of Quality, Integration, and Executive Services. Previous roles include Team Lead for Staffing & Recruitment in the Air Traffic Organization and HR Specialist for the Office Human Resources Management. Prior to federal service, Nasya worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Marriott International and as a Staffing Manager/Recruiter for SNI Companies, where recognition was received as the top producer in the Administrative Division for 2009. Earlier experience encompasses leadership roles with Keepers Staffing, Hobart West Solutions, and Select Staffing Services, demonstrating a robust background in recruitment and employee management. Nasya holds a BSBA in Business Administration with a Marketing Major and Communications Minor from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
