Robert Swan

Robert Swan is an experienced leader and veteran with a demonstrated commitment to community service and organizational leadership. Currently serving as National Commander and National 1st Vice of the Polish Legion of American Veterans since 2011, Robert has also held positions such as Illinois State Commander and State Senior Vice Commander. In addition to extensive volunteer work with the Boy Scouts of America, including roles as Program Director and Cubmaster, Robert is a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Previous experience includes telecommunications specialist at FAA, president of the Illinois Chapter of Professional Aviation Safety Specialists, and service as a sonar technician in the U.S. Navy. Robert's extensive background in fundraising and event coordination complements a robust history of volunteerism across various organizations.
