Tiago Beltrão Lacerda

Tiago Beltrão Lacerda is a Telecommunications Specialist at TIM Participações since July 2019, where Tiago developed an innovative Aggregation Method using Voronoi Tessellation to improve the analysis of customer experience in mobile network tests. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior RF Engineer at Tim Celular, responsible for coverage projects and RF planning, and as a Senior Engineer in Quality at TIM Brasil, overseeing special projects for major clients and quality monitoring during the FIFA 2014 World Cup. Tiago also served as a Senior Engineer at Claro Brasil, managing the UMTS network rollout in Northeast Brazil and contributing to the deployment of the country’s first commercial LTE network. Tiago holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from CESAR School, an MBA in Maintenance Management from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology from the same institution.
