Steve Nauss is a seasoned Training and Analytics Consultant with a robust background in training policy, systems, and analytics, currently operating as a self-employed contractor since June 2017. With a tenure at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) beginning in September 2010, Steve has held multiple roles including Acting Group Manager for Policy and Requirement in ATO Safety and Technical Training, Traffic Management Officer, and Assistant Air Traffic Manager, overseeing the operations of a level 11 EnRoute facility encompassing personnel, budget, and safety management. Additionally, from February 2007 to February 2009, Steve served as Quality Assurance Manager at the FAA, ensuring compliance with safety standards in the Air Traffic industry and developing corrective action plans to address safety concerns.
