Amy D Grubb

Amy D Grubb has extensive experience in organizational development and digital transformation, currently serving as a Digital Transformation Advisor to the Chief Information Officer at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since September 1999. Previously held roles include HR/OD Business Partner for the CIO, where significant HR initiatives were led to build a technology talent framework, and HR/OD Business Partner for the CFO, overseeing organizational change for an analytics function impacting over 3,000 jobs. Additional roles at the FBI included Senior Director of Organizational Development and Talent, where the first Organizational Development function was created, and Director of Talent Management and Research, focusing on human capital management. Grubb also founded Organizational Insights LLC, delivering keynote speeches, team-building facilitation, and executive coaching, leveraging two decades of expertise in change management and leadership. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Villanova University and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.
