Andrew C.

Andrew C. serves as the Manager of Administrative Operations at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since March 2012, overseeing support functions for criminal, cyber, intelligence, and national security cases at the Phoenix Headquarters while leading a team of 16 Operational Support Technicians. Previously, as a Human Resources Strategic Specialist, Andrew played a pivotal role in HR management for the San Francisco Field Office. Andrew has also contributed as a Tactical Operations Center Team Leader and has experience in customer service roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Sea Bowl Entertainment Center, where skills in problem-solving and customer relations were demonstrated. Educationally, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University - East Bay, completed between 2009 and 2011.
