Hads Holmgren

Hads Holmgren is an experienced leader in information technology and data services, having served as Acting Assistant Director and Deputy Assistant Director in the Information Technology Applications and Data Division at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from January 2021 to February 2024. In these roles, Hads Holmgren oversaw the development of innovative applications and data services for 38,000 employees, ensuring effective data retrieval and analysis for national security purposes. Additionally, Hads Holmgren worked as Section Chief in the Resource Planning Office, where enterprise-wide transparency in resource planning was created, and policies were streamlined to eliminate redundancy. Prior experience includes serving as an Intelligence Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency from September 2002 to November 2006, focusing on intelligence analysis and national intelligence. Hads Holmgren holds a Master of Science in Criminology from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
