Ryan Stanley

Ryan Stanley serves as an Instructor of Management at Fort Hays State University, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Ryan gained diverse experience at WellSky, progressing from Human Resources Intern to Employment Practices Coordinator and ultimately to Recruiting Coordinator between May 2023 and August 2025. Ryan also contributed as an English Second Language Instructor at Johnson County Community College in early 2024 and held various leadership roles at Fort Hays State University, including Student Body President and Vice President from July 2021 to June 2023. Additional experience includes internships in human resources at SelectQuote Insurance Services, summer camp counseling, and previous work as a bank teller. Ryan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services, along with multiple degrees in Spanish Language and Literature, and a BBA in Human Resources Management and Services, all from Fort Hays State University and Universidad de Belgrano.
