Matthew Osegard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and counterintelligence at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where roles have included Supervisory Special Agent in the Chicago Division and Unit Chief of the Counterintelligence Division. Osegard has led initiatives to combat cyber threats, directed a multi-agency task force focused on digital evidence analysis, and established the National Counterintelligence Task Force to enhance national-level counterintelligence efforts. Prior to joining the FBI, Osegard served as a social studies teacher and as a Captain in the US Army's 1st Infantry Division. Osegard holds a Master's degree in Homeland Security Studies from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Marquette University.
