Rachael Kaufman

Rachael Kaufman has extensive experience at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where roles include Management and Program Analyst in the Criminal Investigative Division, Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Cyber Division's Executive Staff Unit, and Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Director in the Directorate of Intelligence's Intelligence Services Branch. Additionally, Rachael served as a Management and Program Analyst in the Intelligence Branch's Intelligence Resources Unit and underwent training in the Leadership Development Program at the Industrial Organizational Psychologist Unit. Prior to joining the FBI, Rachael worked in various positions, including Operational Support Technician at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, Server at JetBlue Airways, and Mental Health Counselor at Walden Behavioral Care. Educational qualifications include a Generalist Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from American International College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhode Island College.
