Stephen Sprouse

Stephen Sprouse, MS, MBA, has extensive experience in management and program analysis, currently serving as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst at the FBI since May 2009. In this role, Stephen develops long-term strategic objectives for critical incident response, implements initiatives to achieve these objectives, and establishes measures for evaluating effectiveness, while also auditing programs for efficiency to optimize resource and personnel utilization. Prior to this position, Stephen served in the US Navy from June 1987 to February 2009 as a Personnel Officer and Manpower Manager, overseeing human resources and workforce planning for Echelon II and III level commands. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from Columbia Southern University.
