Matt Larriva

Matt Larriva, CFA, is the Director of Research and Data Analytics at FCP, where Matt utilizes data science and quantitative methods to enhance asset selection, management, and disposition. Prior to this role, Matt was a Senior Quant Analyst at Green Street Advisors, where Matt managed the US and European Quant teams. Matt also has experience as a Data Scientist at Telogis, a Sr. Trader at M&N Trading, and a Junior Trader at TransMarket Group, L.L.C. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Master of Applied Statistics from UCLA.
