Summer Haltli is a Principal at FCP, where Summer co-founded and leads the company's affordable housing preservation strategy with a focus on environmental sustainability and resident services. Summer has extensive experience in asset management and has executed billions in disposition and refinancing transactions. Summer is actively involved in various organizations and has been a speaker at numerous conferences and panel discussions on topics related to real estate and multifamily housing. Education-wise, Summer holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
