Bridget Chow

Bridget Chow, MBA, has a wide range of experience in risk management and claims. Bridget is currently the Director of Risk Management at ESCFederal, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, they served as the Director of Claims at Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. Bridget also worked as a Claim Consultant at Conner Strong & Buckelew from 2018 to 2019, and as an Assistant Vice President at Marsh from 2014 to 2017. Bridget also held the position of Claims Director at ACE Group from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on foreign casualty and U.S. AOG claims. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Client Services at AmeriHealth Casualty from 2009 to 2012. Bridget's earlier experience includes roles such as Claims Analyst at Midwest Employers Casualty Company from 2003 to 2009 and Claims and Loss Control Manager at ARAMARK from 2000 to 2003.
