Stephanie Budaker

Stephanie Budaker is a seasoned professional in program management and operations within nonprofit and communication sectors. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at the Federal Communications Bar Association since November 2024, Stephanie previously held roles at the NAB Leadership Foundation, where responsibilities included managing collegiate programs, coordinating internship placements, and overseeing executive-level programs from September 2021 to October 2024. Additionally, Stephanie was Senior Associate for Membership and Operations at the Alliance for Peacebuilding, spearheading significant conference initiatives and managing member relations. With a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Kent State University, Stephanie has a strong academic foundation complemented by extensive hands-on experience in logistics, stakeholder engagement, and operational support.
