Joseph Davis

Joseph Davis has extensive experience in emergency operations and communications, currently serving as a Senior Watch Officer at the Federal Communications Commission since October 2018. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions as a Watch Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as a Licensed Agent at New York Life Insurance Company. Joseph is also the founder of Emergency Operations Watch Leaders in Chesapeake, VA, where key activities included networking and industry research. From September 2000 to January 2013, Joseph served in various capacities in the United States Air Force, culminating as Superintendent for ACC C2 Policy & Procedures. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Business Supply Chain Management from the University Maryland University College and two Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Logistics and Information Systems Technology.
