Mark Bayliss serves as a Member of the FCC Technology Advisory Council, providing technical advice to the Federal Communications Commission since March 2010. In addition to this role, Mark has been the President of West Virginia Broadband CO-OP since August 2009, focusing on building broadband operations and infrastructure. As the President and Founder of Visual Link Internet since April 1993, Mark has led the development and deployment of advanced Internet services across its three divisions. Previously, Mark held the position of Director at the Virginia ISP Association from 1998 to 2010 and was a Business Partner at Xybernaut from 2004 to 2005, where efforts included the development of high-speed wireless networks for public safety.
