Doug Ingram

Mr. Ingram is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Ingram Group, a management consulting firm established in 2001. He currently sits on the Advisory Boards for the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), and Capital TechSearch. From 2010 through 2012, Mr. Ingram was Managing Director of Analytics at Centurion Research Solutions, a market intelligence provider later acquired by Deltek to join INPUT and Federal Sources Inc., to become what is known today as GovWin. Prior to Centurion, he was Partner at Inc. CEO Project from 2009 through 2011; Chairman of the Foundation Board for Suburban Hospital from 2005 through 2009; President US Sales and Consulting Services for PSI Net from 2000 through 2001; Chief Executive Officer at Life Cycle Technology from 1985 through 2000; Vice President at Planning Research Corporation (PRC) from 1982 through 1985; and Senior Manager at IBM from 1973 through 1982.

Mr. Ingram received his B.A. and M.A. in Physics and Mathematics from Pepperdine University and a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas.

Mr. Ingram’s background provides Federal Compass with expertise in information technology, analytics, the Federal contracting market, and market intelligence. His understanding of the development, usability, and application of software products has been critical in the foundation of Federal Compass capabilities.
