Andrea Fulton Toliver

Andrea Fulton Toliver has extensive legal experience, currently serving as an Advisor to the Director and Assistant General Counsel at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since March 2023. Previously, Toliver held various senior positions at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) from June 1987 to the present, including Senior Counsel in the Strategic Planning and Operations Group, Acting Assistant General Counsel, and Regional Counsel. Toliver began legal education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtaining a B.A. in Political Science, followed by a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
