Mark Haley

Mark Haley currently serves as a Senior Advisor and Corporate Expert for Complex Institution Supervision and Resolution at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) since July 2023, where responsibilities include Title I (Dodd-Frank) Resolution Planning. Previously, Mark held roles at Fannie Mae as Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy focusing on resolution planning and at Citi, where positions included Director of Global Financial Market Infrastructure Lead and Director of Financial Market Infrastructure Product Manager. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the Federal Reserve Board as Program Lead and Senior Supervisory Financial Analyst. Mark holds an MBA from Georgetown University, a Graduate Certificate in International Studies from Johns Hopkins, an MA in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University, and a BA in Economics from Grinnell College.
