Zachary Brown serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) since April 2018, following a similar role at the Financial Regulatory Agency from 2011 to 2018. Prior to these positions, Zachary held the title of Associate Director of Cybersecurity Architecture & Engineering with the US Federal Government from 2007 to 2011. Additional experience includes serving as an Information Assurance Manager at the US Department of Defense from 2004 to 2007 and as a Cryptologic Linguist in the United States Marine Corps from 1998 to 2003.
