Zytlaly Magaña

Zytlaly Magaña, M.S., serves as a Talent Sourcing Human Resources Specialist at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading large-scale recruitment projects and training varied levels of recruiters. As the Executive Director and Founder of Latinos in I-O Psychology, Zytlaly manages multiple programs aimed at supporting the Latino community within the field of industrial-organizational psychology. Prior experience includes a role as a Reward & Recognition Consultant for Women for Women International, where a remote-friendly recognition program was developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a Human Resources Intern position at California State University, San Bernardino, focusing on job analysis to aid organizational hiring and training strategies. Zytlaly holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University-San Bernardino.
