Aaron Vandoren

Aaron VanDoren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil-military operations and emergency management. Currently serving as the FEMA Integration Team Lead and Community Preparedness Officer for FEMA Region 2 since December 2020, Aaron has played a pivotal role in preparedness programs. In addition, a role as the Civil-Military Operations Center Chief with the United States Army Reserve began in March 2020, following a tenure as a Civil Affairs Team Leader and Project Manager with Special Operations Command South from November 2016 to February 2020. Aaron's earlier experience includes significant positions at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School and various operational management roles within the U.S. Army. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Florida Southern College, earned between 2008 and 2011.
