Alan Boyle

Alan Boyle is an experienced professional in project management and analysis, currently serving as the Disaster Finance Lifecycle Unit Lead at FEMA since November 2024. Previously, Alan was a Project Manager and Analyst at Tecolote Research, contributing to FEMA’s Enterprise Data & Analytics Modernization Initiative from February 2021 to November 2024. Earlier roles include serving as a Cost Analyst at Tecolote Research, Inc., where support was provided for various Navy programs, and as the World Campus Tutoring Coordinator and Guided Study Group Leader at Penn State Learning, where responsibilities included organizing online tutoring and facilitating lesson plans in economics. Alan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Penn State University in 2014.
