Angela Byrd

Angela Byrd is an experienced communications and organizational leader, currently serving as the Joint Information Manager at FEMA, managing the Joint Information Center during presidential-declared disasters since August 2017. Previously, Angela served as a Media Relations Specialist, providing media support in similar high-stakes situations. As the Co-Founder, President, and COO of EachOne TeachOne Culinary Arts Foundation and the Founder and CEO of PICG Inc., Angela has developed expertise in business development and strategic planning. Angela also co-founded the Flonation Foundation, contributing to non-profit development. Prior experience includes a role in Performance Management at Constellation Energy, focusing on market research and customer communication. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Towson University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, with further education from The Johns Hopkins University.
